Absolutely. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Yes. Brain Vitals is completely free with no ads. There is an optional tip jar if you'd like to support continued development, but it is entirely voluntary and does not unlock any additional features.
Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and scroll to "Daily Reminders." You can set custom times for your daily activities reminder, morning routine, and wind-down breathing exercise.
Brain Vitals includes 15 brain training games: Quick Math Burst, Word Chain, Number Recall, Letter Hunt, Time Estimation, Category Recall, Alphabet Reverse, Word Unscramble, Memory Pairs, Bubble Wrap, Shape Count, Sudoku, Tower of Hanoi, Peg Solitaire, and Recall Challenge.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can reset it by deleting and reinstalling the app. Please note this will erase all your scores, streaks, and activity history.
